ListingBeat provides software for real estate professionals to manage seller updates, listing activity, feedback, seller portals, reports, and related workflows. You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content you enter into the service.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you use ListingBeat on behalf of a team, brokerage, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You retain ownership of listing information, notes, feedback, seller contacts, reports, and other content you submit. You grant ListingBeat the rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that content as part of the service.
Agents and authorized team members control what is shared with sellers. You are responsible for reviewing seller-visible content, report drafts, recommendations, market context, and pricing evidence before sending or publishing it.
ListingBeat may provide draft summaries, report language, or recommendations. These outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment. You must review all assisted content before sharing it with sellers or third parties.
Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout flow, order form, subscription provider, or written agreement that applies to your account.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, interfere with operations, reverse engineer the service, or use ListingBeat to send misleading or unauthorized communications.
We work to keep ListingBeat reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
ListingBeat is provided as software for organizing communication and proof workflows. We do not guarantee real estate outcomes, offers, pricing decisions, compliance results, or seller satisfaction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using ListingBeat at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could harm ListingBeat, customers, sellers, or third parties.
