ListingBeat helps real estate professionals organize listing activity, seller updates, feedback, reports, and pricing proof. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, apps, seller portals, and related services.
Information we collect
Account information such as name, email address, organization, role, and authentication details.
Listing information such as property details, seller contacts, activity logs, showing notes, feedback, report drafts, portal settings, and team assignments.
Usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser data, approximate location, timestamps, and product interactions.
If you explicitly enable a leaving-property prompt in the mobile app, the precise property coordinate is encrypted on that device for the operating system geofence. ListingBeat does not upload that coordinate to its servers.
Billing and plan information handled by our payment or subscription providers.
How we use information
To provide seller portals, activity timelines, The Sunday Beat, feedback workflows, and pricing evidence tools.
To authenticate users, manage accounts, process billing, provide support, improve the product, and protect the service.
To generate draft language, summaries, and report content when an agent chooses to use assisted drafting features.
Seller-visible content
ListingBeat is designed to separate internal agent notes from seller-visible proof. Agents control what is published or sent to sellers.
Seller portals, reports, and shared links may display listing activity, feedback summaries, market context, agent recommendations, and other content approved by the agent or team.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You may update account information, manage seller portal visibility, request deletion, or contact us about privacy questions.
Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.
You can turn off a leaving-property prompt at any time. Doing so removes that saved coordinate from encrypted device storage and stops monitoring that property.
