If you explicitly enable a leaving-property prompt in the mobile app, the precise property coordinate is encrypted on that device for the operating system geofence. ListingBeat does not upload that coordinate to its servers.

Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.

Use Analytics preferences to decline optional PostHog collection. Its random first-party browser identifier lasts up to 180 days and can link repeat visits on the same device after consent. Declining, signing out, or switching accounts clears that identifier. Clearing browser data also resets it. This does not erase previously collected events; server retention and deletion requests are handled separately.

You can turn off a leaving-property prompt at any time. Doing so removes that saved coordinate from encrypted device storage and stops monitoring that property.
