Which ListingBeat plan should a solo listing agent choose?
Start Free when you want the Listing Kit and one active listing. Move to Solo when you're carrying multiple listings, and Pro when you want pricing evidence and no cap.
Can I use ListingBeat for just one listing?
Yes. ListingBeat is designed to be useful from the first active listing, especially when an agent wants to show sellers a better communication experience.
Is ListingBeat priced like a CRM?
No. ListingBeat is focused on seller updates, listing proof, reports, and pricing evidence for active listings. It is not priced or positioned as a lead-generation CRM.
Where does the listing data come from?
You forward feedback, use Send to on mobile, tap quick notes, and log showing or marketing work from your phone. Add one line of code to any listing page you control - single-property sites and personal-site listing pages included - and buyer attention becomes seller-safe context in the Beat. ListingBeat assembles the Sunday Beat from reviewed activity, and seller-facing output always waits for your approval.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Free includes one active listing with no card. New workspaces on Solo, Pro, or Team start one 30-day card trial in secure checkout during signup, before the first listing. The selected plan charges after 30 days unless you cancel. Solo and Pro can renew monthly or annually; annual billing costs ten months of the monthly price, so you receive two months free. Brokerage follows its written agreement.
When does my paid-plan trial start?
The 30 days start as part of signup when you complete secure checkout for Solo, Pro, or Team. You can add your first listing after checkout; the trial does not wait for it.
What happens after secure checkout?
After secure web checkout, Billing checks the checkout result and the workspace subscription before confirming access. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm access or a paid invoice. If checkout is complete but the subscription is still updating, Billing shows a pending state. Check again there; do not start another subscription. Once access is confirmed, Billing offers Create your first listing or Go to listings. Then capture work, review The Sunday Beat, and send it to the seller yourself.
Can I start another trial after cancelling?
One 30-day introductory trial is available per new workspace. Returning workspaces restart paid access without another trial; payment is due at checkout.
What happens when a paid-plan trial ends?
The selected plan starts billing when the 30-day trial ends unless you cancel in secure web billing first. If you cancel, you can use Free for one active listing after paid access ends. Listings that received an issue of The Sunday Beat during the trial keep receiving Solo-level Sunday Beats until close or for 60 more days, whichever comes first. New listings need a plan.
How does the Team trial billing work?
For a new workspace, Team secure checkout takes a card and starts its 30-day trial during signup. The first charge is after 30 days unless renewal is cancelled. Team billing administrators receive a reminder starting three days before the trial ends. The email opens Billing, where an authorized administrator can cancel trial renewal. Opening the email link does not cancel anything. One 30-day introductory trial is available per new workspace. Returning workspaces restart paid access without another trial; payment is due at checkout.
Is pricing per listing or per agent?
Free is one active listing. Solo is up to five active listings. Pro is unlimited active listings for one agent. Team includes five seats and unlimited listings, with additional seats at $15/month.
How long does a seller portal link stay active?
Each generated secure seller link is valid for 90 days from issue. While portal access is enabled, you can replace it with a fresh 90-day link. Every sent issue of The Sunday Beat exports as a PDF you keep.
Do sellers need a password?
No. Seller portal access uses secure magic links, so sellers can open approved activity and sent Beats from the text or email you share.
Do teams need the Team plan?
Use Team when assistants, lead agents, or brokerage staff need shared listings, a reviewed-language library, team dashboards, and office reporting. Library entries are starting points for agent review, not automatically applied seller copy. Team includes five seats; additional seats are $15/month.
What is included in the Brokerage plan?
Brokerage uses custom pricing and a written managed rollout with office-wide visibility across teams, offices, and regions. Organization branding or a branded domain is configured during onboarding only when included in that scope; neither is an immediate self-serve control. Private readiness views support coaching without creating a public agent ranking.
